Insanity: Day 2

I'm starting to see why they call it Insanity... I thought the fitness test was bad, today was ridiculous! Several cuss words later, I am now very exhausted, sweaty, and sore but yet again I DID IT!!! I'm now going to go cool down and enjoy my recovery meal.

What are you guys doing to move today?!

  1. Walking, hiking, and swimming are my favorites. The sun is out, and we're going to play in the yard with the girls, get our trailer out and start getting it ready for our spring break trip, and I'm definitely going to take a nice long, speed walk around my neighborhood. Love being outside, and I can feel spring coming!! My mom gave all of the sisters and sister in laws in my family a fitbit for Christmas a year ago. So we all keep each other motivated with our little exercise group, and just try getting as many steps each day as we can. Of course, 3 of us have had babies in the past year, so we had to work around that. Way to go with your workouts. Keep it up, because I can't wait to see the after pictures. Chris has recently lost 30lbs! He is so good! I need to step it up.
